Can I access cash from my benefits card?

Your benefits card may only be used to purchase qualified expenses based on your employer's plan. Cash cannot be accessed from the card. 

If cash is the only acceptable form of payment for the qualified expense, you will need to pay for the expense and submit for reimbursement through your online account or by submitting appropriate claim forms.*

*Some plans do not allow for manual claim submissions. Be sure to check your plan details to determine if this option is available for your plan.
