Your benefits card can be used for qualified medical expenses wherever Visa is accepted. In order for a purchase to be approved, the merchant must have a qualified merchant code for the plan.
*International transactions may have different transaction and merchant codes so the benefits card may not work in the same way as a regular Visa. If your purchase is for qualified expenses but the benefits does not work, you can use another form of payment and submit a manual claim for reimbursement.
