Medical services received outside of the U.S. are covered as long as they are eligible medical expenses and the documentation provides a service date, description of services rendered and charges. In addition, you must provide us with the current conversion rate to U.S. dollars.
While the Benny Card can be used where credit cards are accepted, they are specifically coded for eligible medical expenses and providers. International expenses may not have the same coding at the point of transaction. If you need to pay for an eligible expense using another form of payment, you can submit and online claim with the appropriate documentation for reimbursement.
