Your Dependent Care FSA is directly linked to your employment status. Expenses incurred after the date of separation may be reimbursable up to the account balance until the plan year end date. Any unused monies will be forfeited.
Dependent Care Claims can potentially be submitted up to the annual election amount with dates of service through the last date of the plan year. See the eligible expense list to determine if you have any expenses that are able to be reimbursed.
